Casting for the East Lansing’s Engagement of ALADDIN Announced
The names are in! Disney’s Aladdin Broadway production recently announced the casting for the much-awaited performances in East Lansing at Wharton Center. The limited engagement is scheduled to kick off on December 4 at 7.30 p.m., through December 15.
The musical adaptation of the Award-winning Academy film by the same name is directed by the talented Thomas Schumacher and produced by Disney Theatrical Production. Other members of the creative team include Alan Menken (music, eight-time Oscar and Tony Award winner), Howard Ashman (lyrics, two-time Oscar winner), Tim Rice (lyrics, three-time Oscar and Tony award winner), Chad Beguelin (lyrics, 6-time Tony Award nominee), and Casey Nicholaw (choreography, Tony Award winner).
Since opening at the New Amsterdam Theatre in 2014, Aladdin the musical quickly established itself as a fan favorite – earning a reputation as one of the biggest Broadway blockbusters. From breaking 14 records at the New Amsterdam Theatre to grossing over $1 billion, Aladdin is clearly a musical destined for the record books. It has received euphoric acclaim from over 10 million fans in North America, Germany, and Tokyo.

Book a ticket to the East Lansing engagement that plays at 7:30 p.m. (Tuesdays and Thursdays), 8:00 p.m. (Fridays), 2:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. (Saturdays), and 1:00 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. (Sundays).
